We at AUROITECH DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FOUNDATION (We, us, our, Foundation) take your privacy seriously. We offer you this application, along with our website (collectively known as Platform), to be able to interact with the healthcare service provider, and also be able to use the electronic medical records system that is provided to you through the Platform, also known as Services. For provisioning of the Services, we will require you to submit certain personal information (as defined at law), and you will be able to access our Services in full or in part, as per the availability of information provided by you.

By accessing, downloading or using our Platform, you are providing us with your consent, and you are hereby agreeing to provide us with your personal information, enabling us to provide you with the Services. This Privacy Policy (Policy) is to be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service which is accessible at auroitech.org.

The Platform and the Services are not directed towards minors (under the age of 18) and we will not knowingly collect personal information from minors. What are your rights and duties?

You have the following rights:

• to withdraw your consent to our continued processing of the information, at any point of time, subject only to any legitimate reason for continued processing in certain circumstances;
• to correct, rectify your account information and preferences available with us;
• to nominate a person who shall become responsible for managing, handling your personal information, that is available with us;
• to seek grievance redressal against us, in furtherance of your use of our Platform, and, Services;
• to erasure any personal data that we process, in certain circumstances, to the extent permissible in law, and feasible.

In case where you withdraw your consent, our Services in full or in part may become inaccessible or you may not be able to use them to their full extent.

You have the following duties:

• to comply with the provisions of the applicable laws;
• to not impersonate another person, not suppress any material information;
• to not to register a false or frivolous grievance;
• to furnish only such information as is accurate, verifiable.

• In case of any dispute Privacy Policy shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the applicable laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles. The courts of Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
